Someday or Today?

Someday or Today?

Someday or Today?

Will I take the first step today—or will I hesitate and let it become someday?

A reflection on hesitation, urgency, and choosing now

I read something this morning that posed a profound challenge—and it hit hard, in the form of regret.

It carried a sense of urgency, asking for a mental shift from “someday” to “today.”

The question was simple:

Will I take the first step today—or will I hesitate, and let it become someday?

When I look back on my life, I remember many of those moments—times when I had a choice to do it now. And instead of taking the leap, I hesitated.

I paused.

And it became someday.

Sigh.

This is what I read:

One Day?
Or
Day One?

“One day or day one. You decide.” —often attributed to Paulo Coelho

You decide.
