Everything that has happened to me brought me here — today, right now. The books, the audios, the quotes, and the quiet discipline of showing up day after day all became pieces of the same puzzle. This is one more piece falling into place.

This routine didn’t come from motivation. It came from needing something steady when everything else felt fragile. The books, audios, and quotes I return to aren’t about perfection — they’re about keeping my mind pointed in the right direction, one day at a time.

What you say to your body matters more than you think. I see so much grief, pain, and labeling in the Myositis community—and I’ve lived it myself. This is my plea to pause, rethink, and start speaking healing instead of limitation.

I think the not knowing might be the regret.

When you struggle with your health, it gives you a new perspective. Your priorities change. I think I’m still here because I have unfinished business.
